  1. No Returns on Perishable Items
  • All sales of perishable items (fresh produce, dairy, meat, frozen foods, etc.) are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  1. Exchanges for Non-Perishable Items
  • Non-perishable items may be exchanged within 10 days of purchase.
  • The item must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items
  • Please inspect your order at the time of pickup.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, inform our staff immediately for an exchange.
  1. No Refunds
  • Since we only accept cash payments on pickup, no cash refunds will be provided.
  • If an item is unavailable after placing an order, you may choose an alternative product or adjust your order at the time of pickup.
  1. Order Cancellation
  • Orders can be canceled before pickup by notifying us via 0348 6073525 (Call/WhatsApp).
  • Once an order is picked up, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
  1. Quality Concerns
  • If you notice a quality issue after pickup, contact us within 12 hours at 0348 6073525 for possible exchange consideration.
